My little ladybug and pirate were lookin’ good on Halloween, but Atticus was even more the pirate at a Halloween event the week before, when he got his face painted!
The holiday itself was filled with treats of all kinds — a special Halloween story time and trick or treating at the library for Atticus in the morning, Edith’s classroom party that we were all invited to in the afternoon and of course collecting treats in the evening. A few sprinkles didn’t much matter since we didn’t get close to the predicted weather or winds, and the temperature was mild. And we’re still eating candy!
